Thank you for helping to spread the word about the 2022 Better Man Conference!

We are excited to be embarking on our sixth year of Better Man Conferences. We are thrilled to bring forward a new kind of bi-coastal conference LIVE and streaming from New York City and San Francisco on November 2, 2022. The themes for this year’s conference are: Power, Patriarchy, and Privilege.

Now, more than ever, it is time for men to SHOW UP. The #times up, #metoo, and Black Lives Matter movements, along with the pandemic, have come together to form a perfect storm that has put the spotlight of attention on men – the majority of whom, in my experience, want to be better in their roles as fathers, husbands, partners, leaders, and colleagues.

If we are to see equity, equality, and racial justice in our lifetime, the majority (men) must take responsibility to change the paradigm. It is incumbent upon us to reexamine patriarchy, learn how to share power, and use both our earned and unearned privileges for good.

I would be so grateful if you could let the people on your blog, email list, and in your social media networks know about the 2022 Better Man Conference. Please direct them to www.bettermanconference.com/

Below you’ll find information to make it easy for you to spread the word—including sample copy for your newsletter and/or social media posts. We’ve also included a PDF of the sponsorship deck, which includes the conference agenda as well as some images you can use in your emails and posts. If you have questions or need any additional information, please let us know info@bettermanconference.com

Option 1

I’m excited to share the 2022 Better Man Conference with you today created by the Better Man Movement, founded by my [friend/colleague] Ray Arata. This year they are bringing a bi-coastal conference LIVE and streaming from NYC and SF on November 2, 2022. The themes for this year’s conference are: Power, Patriarchy, and Privilege.

A result of recent events in the world relating to equity, equality, and social justice (such as the #MeToo, #BlackLivesMatter, #COVIDPandemic) has directed the spotlight of attention to men – the majority of whom want to be better in their roles as fathers, husbands, partners, leaders, and colleagues. This conference is created for those men who are willing to take responsibility to change the paradigm; to reexamine patriarchy, learn to share power, and use both our earned and unearned privileges for good. Visit this website now to learn more about the conference and purchase your tickets

Option 2

My friend, Ray Arata, has spent the past 15 years helping men and business leaders overcome toxic notions of masculinity and understand their roles and responsibilities in fostering inclusion, equality, and diversity. For the sixth year in a row, he and his time are producing another Better Man Conference. This year they are bringing a bi-coastal conference LIVE and streaming from NYC and SF on November 2, 2022. The themes for this year’s conference are: Power, Patriarchy, and Privilege.

The conference offers a series of engaging conversations and activities that prime ‘Allies in Training.’ It will focus on the complicated contexts of patriarchy, power, and privilege and how we can make important paradigmatic shifts within each of those by exuding inclusive, heart-based leadership.

If you want to create a culture of healthy masculinity, trust, and belonging – especially in the midst of these challenging times – this conference is for you. Visit this website now to learn more about the conference and purchase your tickets!
